# What is MyMynd?

MyMynd is a digital platform that empowers people to take control of their mental health and wellbeing.

The platform is based around our confidential, clinically-validated [Health Assessment](https://intercom.help/mymynd/en/collections/4547627-mymynd-assessment), giving users immediate feedback & insight into their overall mental health and wellbeing.

Our platform also offers human support through our [Responder Service](https://intercom.help/mymynd/en/collections/4547634-responder-service), and access to targeted mental health resources within our [Wellness Centre](https://intercom.help/mymynd/en/collections/4547646-wellness-centre).
