How do I get started with MyMynd?

The MyMynd platform is based around our online, behavioural health assessment. This is where your journey with MyMynd begins.

Once you receive an invite for the MyMynd Assessment, you're ready to start. To get the most out of MyMynd, here's what you need to do next:

Take the MyMynd Assessment online using the unique link in your email invite.
Get a detailed understanding of your own mental health (risks) and wellbeing (protective factors).
Explore personalised online resources in our Wellbeing Centre. Any concerns are followed up confidentially by MyMynd's dedicated team of Responders to offer immediate guidance and tailored 1-to-1 support.
Retake the assessment periodically to track & manage your own wellbeing.

Security and Compliance

Data security and compliance is important to MyMynd. We are 100% committed to securing our platform and our data.

MyMynd employs industry-standard technologies and services to ensure data is secured against unauthorized access, disclosure, use and loss.

Hosting & Physical Access Control

The MyMynd platform is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS), primarily in the Europe (London) region.

Under the AWS Shared Responsibility model, AWS is 'responsible for protecting the infrastructure that runs all of the services offered in the AWS Cloud'. This includes:

AWS implements a number of extensive controls to ensure their data centres are secure and resilient by design.

MyMynd is responsible for the security of our platform & applications that run 'in' AWS. We do this through a number of security layers:

All sensitive data stored by MyMynd in AWS is encrypted at rest, this applies to databases, caches and other persistent storage mechanisms e.g. S3.

Data in transit is also encrypted, using HTTPS transport layer security (TLS) encrypted connections.

Nurturing organisational wellbeing together

MyMynd works with the organisation to provide aggregate data and insights which can inform the wider organisational mental health and wellbeing strategy.

Depending on the needs of the organisation we work together to develop an engagement strategy that may include workshops, webinars and other mental health and wellbeing resources.

We can also work with specific groups within your organisation and tailor the resources to their needs.

What is an intervention session?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the outcome of the initial Responder call, an individual may also be invited to book some additional intervention sessions with the Responder. The purpose of the intervention sessions are for them to receive ongoing 1-2-1 support with specific MyMynd resources relevant to their assessment results.

An individual may be entitled to up to 6 intervention sessions to help them develop specific skills and attributes to improve their overall well-being.

Please note: This is not therapeutic service and any advice provided by the Responder should not be considered as an alternative to seeking professional help. All interventions and resources provided by a Responder should be used on an ongoing basis and in conjunction with therapeutic support.

How much does MyMynd cost?

We charge per head. The exact cost will depend on the size of your workforce.

Organisational insights and reporting

Accepted Answer

We report aggregated data for all assessments taken. We analyse this data to provide valuable insights on mental health and wellbeing trends we are seeing in your workforce and how your data might compare to other organisations in similar sectors.

We will agree to a regular review process that works for you and your organisation’s needs.

Please note: We never share any individual data with the employer or anyone else.
