How do I get started with MyMynd?

The MyMynd platform is based around our online, behavioural health assessment. This is where your journey with MyMynd begins.

Once you receive an invite for the MyMynd Assessment, you're ready to start. To get the most out of MyMynd, here's what you need to do next:

Take the MyMynd Assessment online using the unique link in your email invite.
Get a detailed understanding of your own mental health (risks) and wellbeing (protective factors).
Explore personalised online resources in our Wellbeing Centre. Any concerns are followed up confidentially by MyMynd's dedicated team of Responders to offer immediate guidance and tailored 1-to-1 support.
Retake the assessment periodically to track & manage your own wellbeing.

Employee opt out

We will do our best to inform your employees about MyMynd and its benefits and to answer any questions they may have.

Should an individual decide that they do not want to engage with us, they can confidentially opt out, either by emailing us or within the MyMynd platform.

Question 3

What is an intervention session?

Depending on the outcome of the initial Responder call, an individual may also be invited to book some additional intervention sessions with the Responder. The purpose of the intervention sessions are for them to receive ongoing 1-2-1 support with specific MyMynd resources relevant to their assessment results.

An individual may be entitled to up to 6 intervention sessions to help them develop specific skills and attributes to improve their overall well-being.

Please note: This is not therapeutic service and any advice provided by the Responder should not be considered as an alternative to seeking professional help. All interventions and resources provided by a Responder should be used on an ongoing basis and in conjunction with therapeutic support.

Question 4

What is a Responder call?

The purpose of a Responder call is to provide clarity and reassurance on an individual's MyMynd Assessment results.

Our Responders will signpost individuals towards relevant resources and support them in finding and referring into a therapeutic service that is right for them.

Our Responders will also offer a 2-week follow-up call to check in, see how they are getting on and answer any questions they may have. If it is preferred, our Responders can also follow up with via email.

Who receives a responder call?

Responder calls are offered to individuals whose assessment results have identified certain areas of concern that may require further attention and support.

Being offered a call does not mean that a mental health problem has been identified nor that any assumptions are being made about the individual’s performance at work or in their personal lives.

Is the responder call confidential?

Yes. All of our Responder calls are 100% confidential. Anything that is discussed with the Responder during a call will not be shared with anyone outside of the MyMynd Responder team.

Please note: No individual information will be shared back to an employer, however, if an individual discloses something that makes us concerned for their immediate safety or for the safety of someone else, we may need to contact the relevant local authorities. This is a legal obligation.

How long is the contract?

In general we offer a 1-year contract with the opportunity to extend. This allows us to track employees’ progress, deliver a successful engagement strategy and continuously analyse and report the aggregate data.
