What is an intervention session?
Depending on the outcome of the initial Responder call, an individual may also be invited to book some additional intervention sessions with the Responder. The purpose of the intervention sessions are for them to receive ongoing 1-2-1 support with specific MyMynd resources relevant to their assessment results.
An individual may be entitled to up to 6 intervention sessions to help them develop specific skills and attributes to improve their overall well-being.

The assessment is designed to be retaken several times so individuals can track and monitor their progress and engage with the appropriate resources.
For optimum results, we recommend retaking the assessment every 4-6 weeks after engaging with the tools and resources provided within the Wellness Centre.Few readersWhat is MyMynd?

The Wellness Centre is a personal wellbeing hub which individuals can access after completing the MyMynd Assessment. It consists of comprehensive learning modules for each of the indicators used in the assessment.

A completed MyMynd Assessment results in a Total Function Score being generated, which is a reflection of your overall behavioural health and wellbeing. This is calculated using scores graded across three key indicator groups:
Resilience Indicators
Protective factors that help preserve your mental health and wellbeing.
Risk Indicators
Challenges or potential threats to your mental health and wellbeing.

The MyMynd assessment is a clinically validated, evidence-based online behavioural health assessment that can be taken confidentially.
It includes questions assessing eight core as well as four supplemental indicators and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.Few readersWhat is a Responder call?
The purpose of a Responder call is to provide clarity and reassurance on an individual's MyMynd Assessment results.
Our Responders will signpost individuals towards relevant resources and support them in finding and referring into a therapeutic service that is right for them.
Our Responders will also offer a 2-week follow-up call to check in, see how they are getting on and answer any questions they may have. If it is preferred, our Responders can also follow up with via email.

Our Responder Service is typically offered to individuals whose assessment results have identified certain areas of concern that may require further attention and support.
If required, individuals will be offered to book an initial call with our Responders to provide clarity and reassurance on their MyMynd Assessment results.
